Isosoft S.A. has already developed a new and innovative BPM (Business Process Management) Software which is not only a tool for effective process improvement, documentation and automation, but it is also an integrated Information System to help Municipalities and Public Bodies:

c)   Task Assignment System

This module undoubtedly helps work administrators (project managers, workgroup managers, business directors, owners etc) to select the appropriate task assign method, allocate tasks over project break-down structure, evaluate workloads to define if certain worker isn't overloaded with work and set  task assign  sheets for employees to make them see their responsibilities.

d)   Report System

The Report System summarizes, edits and analyzes all the above data extracted from the Task and Process Management systems. So, managers will receive KPI’s and metrics thanks to reports, dashboards and interactive data tables, through this really effective Business Intelligence Tool.

e)   Document Management System

Isosoft S.A. has also implemented a trustful and easy to use File Management System which can be used to track, store and manage electronic documents.

A powerful tool, to create all types of diagrams: flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, structure diagrams, decision diagrams, tree diagrams, state diagrams, network diagrams, organizational charts, PERT charts etc.
